In short. We do not collect personal data from listeners. Our YouTube access is used only to publish our own music to our own channel.
Listener data
Our website and mobile app require no registration and request no personal data. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details. We run no profiling and no in-app advertising.
The app stores only playback preferences on the device itself, such as the last opened session. That data stays on the device and is never sent to us.
YouTube access
To publish our releases we use an internal application that calls the YouTube Data API on behalf of the owner of the MediStation Radio channel. Access is granted by the channel owner and is used exclusively to operate that channel:
- uploading our own videos and thumbnails
- setting titles, descriptions and language versions
- managing our playlists and publishing schedule
- reading statistics for our own channel
This access is never shared with third parties, is never used with channels we do not own, and is not used for any purpose beyond the list above. We neither request nor process data belonging to other YouTube users.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage
The access token is stored encrypted on our server and is used only by the automated publishing pipeline. The channel owner can revoke it at any time in their Google account settings.
Music and rights
All music, artwork and video are created by us and the rights belong entirely to the project. Part of the material is created with the help of artificial intelligence, which we disclose on the publications themselves as the platform requires.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics.
Children
The project is not directed to children and collects no data from children.

When this policy changes we update the date above. The current version is always available at this address.
